Refund Policy:
You may download the software and install it to see if it works on your system. It is programmed to have full functionality for 15 days and limited functionality thereafter until registered. Once you have registered RepToolsSSD and have obtained your long term lease and registration, there is no return. If you have paid for the software but have not obtained your long term lease and registration, and you decide that you do not wish to purchase, you may request a refund less 15% of the purchase price. After verifying that your money has been received, your refund will be sent to you.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping is by download only. When you fill out the registration information in RepToolsSSD, you will be sending an email to me. I will be checking my email often and will send out your System Registration Number as soon as I can. It may take up to 48 hours for me to respond. Be sure to check your junk e-mail to see if it has been sent there. If you are not getting a response from me, call me or send me a message on my cell phone at 320-223-2747 to let me know that you are waiting for your registration information. This is currently a one-person operation that saves you money on the price of this software. I may need to send you a temporary lease until I can verify that you have paid for the software. After verifying receipt of payment I will send you the long term lease information.
Terms:
You may install RepToolsSSD on up to three computers that are used by one person. So if you are using a laptop and a desktop computer you can use the software on both of them. If you have a second laptop that you use for emergencies, no problem. You may make as many backups of the software as you want. If you use both a PC and a Macintosh, you may obtain a free second lease for the alternate operating system. Fill out the registration information on the second computer and send it to me with a note that you have already purchased for the other operating system and that you just need registration for the alternate system. You can also try using your existing registration information and it just may work on the other platform.

Updates:
From time to time updates to RepToolsSSD will be made available on this website. These updates will be free for an undetermined period of time. If a major release of the software is released, there may be an upgrade fee.
